Wayne Burggraff, Senior Pastor
Pastor Wayne was born and raised in Minnesota. In 1973 his family was confronted with the Gospel as the result of a door-to-door calling ministry. After seeing the changes salvation brought to the lives of both of his parents, Wayne accepted Christ in May of that same year. After high school, he began training for the ministry at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. Upon graduating from college, he and his wife, Debra moved to Pennsylvania to begin seminary training. In 1984, he graduated from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree. He became Faith Baptist's first full-time assistant pastor in August of 1981, but left in 1984 to start a new church in Parkesburg, PA. He returned to serve as senior pastor here at Faith Baptist in January of 1987. He and his wife have four grown children and now eight grandchildren.
Kim Fox, Assistant Pastor
Kim was saved his senior year in high school just before attending and graduating from Penn State. He then attended Calvary Baptist Seminary from which he graduated in 1987. God directed him and his wife, Lori, to be church-planting missionaries in France from 1988 to 2011. After returning from the mission field, he pastored a young church until joining our staff in the Spring of 2016. He now heads up the Bible Institute, assists with outreach, and leads our seniors ministry. He and Lori have five grown children and a handful of grandchildren.
Art Worley, Assistant Pastor
Pastor Art was born and raised in Oak Lawn, Illinois, which is located on the south side of Chicago. Born into a Christian home, he made a profession of salvation at an early age. At the age of 18 he realized that he was just playing the Christian game. It was in May of 1995 that he finally understood his need of a Personal Savior -- Jesus Christ. He attended Maranatha Baptist University where he began his training for ministry. In May of 2000 he graduated from MBU and began seminary the following Fall at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, PA. In 2001, he married his wife Sharon (Binkley). He joined our staff and completed his Master of Divinity degree two years later in May of 2003. His main duties focus on the Youth (teen) ministry. He and Sharon have a daughter and a son, both in their elementary years.
Tony Burggraff, Assistant Pastor
I asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins when I was only four years old. Since the moment He granted that request, I have been cultivating my personal relationship with my Savior. To help me grow to know him better, God placed many individuals in my path who lived lives of Christ likeness before my eyes. Their examples and teaching awoke a desire in my heart to work in fulltime ministry. That desire led me to attend Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary for further Biblical training. While at Pillsbury, I met and married my best friend, Christina. God’s leading brought us to Faith Baptist and privileged us to work with your children. My life was heavily influenced by the adults God placed in my path. My desire and prayer is that the individuals working in our various Children’s ministries influence your child’s life for God. My goal is to help you train your child to live a Christ like life.
Jeff Kilcup, Assistant Pastor
Pastor Jeff joined our staff in December, 2013. He and his wife, Tracy, are graduates of Maranatha Baptist University. Jeff is native to the Baltimore area and Tracy to the Detroit, MI area. They met at college and were married after graduation. Prior to moving to Lebanon they spent seven years in New Jersey where Jeff worked in commercial banking and they assisted as lay folk in the solidifying of a church work. Jeff joined our staff to help primarily with the music ministry and the young adult group. They have three young children and are expecting their fourth child this coming summer.
Travis Ulrich, Assistant Pastor
Travis was born and raised in Lebanon County, and he accepted Christ when he was six years old. He grew up at Faith Baptist throughout most of his elementary and high school years. In 1999 he gave his life to full-time vocational ministry during one of our worship services. In the early 2000’s he attended and graduated from Maranatha Baptist University, which is also where he met his wife, Christine. Afterwards he attended seminary at both Maranatha and Calvary Baptist Seminary where he graduated in 2010. After he and Christine completed grad school, they served the Lord in East Asia for a couple years before returning to the Midwest region. Travis joined the staff of Faith Baptist in January 2016, to take the oversight of our Outreach Ministries. He and Christine now have three young children.
